Book Signing In-Person
Meet children’s authors Kate Monto and Stephanie Michels, local authors, each with a newly published book. Ms. Monto’s new book is “The Stepping Stones”, and Ms. Michels new book is “I’m Still Here”. You can purchase a book autographed just for you!
Kate Monto is a NYS-certified secondary English Language Arts teacher. She holds a BA in English from Hilbert College and a Master of Science in Teaching from Le Moyne College. Kate lives and works in CNY, where she writes, bakes, tries not to break her neck whilst practicing yoga; and most importantly, exists as a lowly human servant to her rescue dog, Eliza.
Stephanie Michels loves her family fiercely and strives to find hidden beauty every day. She graduated with a double major in Creative Writing and Graphic Design, and a minor in Photography, from SUNY Oswego. Stephanie was born and raised in Upstate New York, and is notorious for her epic car karaoke.
